What if an item is damaged during the rental?
Raise a dispute through the app within 24 hours of return. We review the evidence (photos, messages) and mediate. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
How does payment work for listers?
Payment is processed by Stripe and released to your account after the renter collects the item. Transfers typically appear within 2–5 business days.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellation terms depend on the owner's policy (flexible, moderate, or strict). Flexible means a full refund up to 24 h before pickup. Check the listing before you book.
Is there a fee?
Borrowers pay an 8% platform fee on top of the rental price. Listers keep 100% of what they set - no listing fees, no commission taken from owners.
What can I list?
Almost anything: cameras, tools, camping gear, surfboards, instruments, power tools, kitchen equipment. No vehicles, no consumables, nothing illegal.
